CAD Measure Distance

The first step after importing from CAD should be to verify a dimension in the drawing to ensure you have assigned the units properly.

• Zoom into the doorway to room ST-11 (see below).
• Press F8 to enable Ortho.
• Turn Snap Off (F9).
• Use AGi32’s Measure Distance command to measure the doorway. It should be about 2.9’ as shown below.
